Design your screen layout, with ease

7 Components to communicate effectively

•	Image for static logos and images
•	Label for static as well as scrolling text ticker and marquees
•	Image show for playing multiple images in loop
•	SWF for playing interactive swf files
•	Video for playing multiple videos in loop
•	Weather for displaying local city weather from web
•	News for showing messages, news and information powered through RSS

Click to divide and split your screen into multiple zones

Begin by dividing your screen into multiple parts. Divide it into 2, 3, 4, 5 parts to communicate different message on the same screen at the same time.

The more information you want to communicate, more you can divide.

•	Right click on the canvas, choose 'Divide Horizontally’ or 'Divide Vertically’.
•	Further right click in the divided canvas area, right click and divide
•	Drag the dividing lines and resize the screen to suit your requirement

Or simply, right click and 'Re-design' or 'Remove'

Click, drag and drop, it’s simple

Click one of the components from component list at left and drag it onto the screen. Drop the component in the split zone of your choice.

•	You can drop one component in each of the screen divisions.
•	You can drop each component more than once in different divisions (except video)
•	After dropping the component, click 'Select File(s)' button from right window & select one file. Click 'Apply to Component' to apply the file on corresponding division.

Browse and upload files

•	Click on the 'Organizer' icon, a window will open
•	Click 'Browse' and select the files to upload from your PC
•	Click 'Upload' button. Files will start uploading to your InfoSignz account.
•	Click 'Close' after receiving file upload confirmation message

File formats supported - gif, jpeg, png, swf and flv

Re-design or Remove

If you are not satisfied with the designed layout or would like modify or start a fresh

Simply right click on the canvas and choose

•	Remove - to move one component or file from the design
•	Re-design - to start a fresh with the blank canvas

Save and Preview

Once you have designed the canvas, selected files and their properties.

•	Now enter a Screen Name in the blank box
•	To preview your final design, click 'Preview' icon in the top band
•	Click 'Save and Publish'

This is how your designed screen will look like on the display.

Next step – create a playlist to manage content sequence and schedule

Create Playlist - schedule your communication

Create your content playlist; manage it by day, hour, minute or day of the week/ month.

•	Choose a playlist resolution from dropdown
•	Select a screen from drop down, choose scheduling option and Add
•	Add more screens and criteria to this playlist
•	Enter one screen as 'Default' screen
•	Finally, enter a playlist name (in blank box) and Save

Map location to playlist

Assign physical location of screen to required playlist. 
For ex. In a shopping market, different screens should play different
content playlist

Food and grocery section --> Playlist 1,
Garments section--> Playlist 2,
Billing desk-->Playlist 3

•	Type location name
•	Choose playlist from drop down
•	Save
•	Repeat this process for multiple locations

It's almost done!

You have designed a screen, created a playlist and assigned a location to playlist.
Click on 'Back to Dashboard' link and then sign out

Now the next step - is to publish to the final display location (LCD facing the public)

Last Step - Sign in from the physical screen

•	Log in to www.InfoSignz.com from the target screen connected to internet
•	Sign in to your account and visit 'My locations' section from Dashboard
•	You'll see a list of locations created by you.
•	Identify the location of digital signage screen and click 'Publish'
